Roadside Attractions to Release the Poignant Female Comedy MY HAPPY ENDING, Starring Andie MacDowell - Only in Theaters February 24th

Roadside Attractions has acquired MY HAPPY ENDING directed by Tal Granit and Sharon Maymon, with a screenplay by Rona Tamir. The film stars Andie MacDowell as a famous actor who goes incognito to seek treatment for a medical issue. While at the hospital, she meets three unique and remarkable women -- an aging rocker, a young mother, and a forever single retired schoolteacher. Together, they help her face adversity with humor and camaraderie while coaching her for the most challenging role she has ever played…herself. MY HAPPY ENDING will open nationally February 24th 2023, only in theatres.

MY HAPPY ENDING was adapted by Rona Tamir, based on the acclaimed Israeli play SOF TOV (Happy End) by Anat Gov. Directed by the Israeli team of Tal Granit and Sharon Maymon, the film marks the third collaboration between the producers and directors after The Farewell Party, which premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and the Toronto Film Festival, 2014 and Flawless which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival 2018. Maymon also co-wrote the screenplay for the Academy Award Winner Live Action Short, Skin.

In a bold move, Blue Underground has announced the upcoming release of "Goodbye Uncle Tom" on Limited Edition 4K UHD and Blu-Ray on April 23rd.
