FURIOUS inspires us to chat about JOY RIDE and THE ITALIAN JOB

On this episode we have fast and furious taste of revenge as the seventh entry in that franchise, FURIOUS 7, brings back the older brother of the previous film’s villain to wreck havoc on our muscled out band of heroes and their muscle cars, which inspired us NOT to get in shape or go to a car show, but to instead watch 2001’s JOY RIDE where a prank leads to a deranged truck driver getting his revenge on Paul Walker and Steve Zahn, and 2003’s THE ITALIAN JOB where Mark Wahlberg and Charlize Theron deliver some payback to their former team member Edward Norton for double crossing them.
