FANGS OUT - Official Red Band Trailer

A Group of college students head to Mexico for some cheap plastic surgery. There they meet Dr. Pavor, a creepy surgeon who is actually a vampire, harvesting victims for his blood cartel. Gyllenhaal, Elgort and Zendaya Board Finest Kind for 30WEST

Academy Award nominee Jake Gyllenhaal (Everest, Prisoners, Source Code), Golden Globe nominee Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver, The Fault in Our Stars) and breakout star Zendaya (Spider-Man: Homecoming, The Greatest Showman) have stepped aboard the new crime thriller Finest Kind, which was written and will be directed by Academy Award winner Brian Helgeland (L.A. Confidential, Mystic River). Finest Kind will be produced by Gary Foster (Denial, The Soloist, Sleepless in Seattle) and Russ Krasnoff (Denial, The Soloist) under Krasnoff/Foster Entertainment, Imperative Entertainment’s Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas, and Gyllenhaal and Riva Marker under their Nine Stories banner. 30WEST is financing the film. STXinternational, a division of STX Entertainment, will handle international distribution for the film and introduce to buyers at the upcoming European Film Market. The Toronto True Crime Film Festival Film Submissions Now Open

The Toronto True Crime Film Festival will have its first annual edition this June 8th - 9th, 2018 at The Royal Cinema in Toronto. Over the course of its two-night, five-screening run, the festival will showcase short and feature-length films surrounding the topic of true crime. TTCFF will spotlight both documentaries and fictionalized films based on true crimes, as well as include a retro screening, multimedia presentations, and panel discussions. Toronto True Crime Film Festival was born from one simple statement verbalized by Lisa Gallagher—an avid cinephile and lifelong true crime fanatic—during the course of a five hour train trip to Montréal’s Fantasia International Film Festival with her partner Steven Landry: “Somebody should start a festival that's just true crime movies!”. RYAN GOSLING AND KEN KAO PARTNER TO FORM PRODUCTION COMPANY ARCANA

Golden Globe winner and Academy Award-nominated actor Ryan Gosling (La La Land) and producer Ken Kao (The Nice Guys) have joined forces to form Arcana. The production company will focus on finding and developing a wide range of unique and diverse material for film and television. Arcana’s first official project is director Yorgos Lanthimos’ upcoming film The Favourite. The Favourite, which stars Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz and Olivia Colman, just wrapped principal photography in the UK. The story is based on a Deborah Davis and Tony McNamara script that follows the clandestine personal and political machinations of the reign of Queen Anne, the last monarch of the House of Stuarts. Lanthimos just won best screenplay in Cannes for The Killing of a Sacred Deer and received a Best Screenplay Oscar nomination for The Lobster. STARLIGHT featuring Iggy Pop coming to Blu-ray and VOD on May 9th

30 years later, The Never-Ending Story’s Tami Stronach makes her much welcome return to the big screen. The actress, forever remembered for her role in Wolfgang Peterson’s 80’s classic, has signed to appear in writer-director Nicholas Gyeney’s Ultra-Low starring Lauren Holly. GO NORTH  is the narrative debut of Emmy-nominated documentarian Matt Ogens (MEET THE HITLERS) and was Executive Produced by Morgan Spurlock (SUPER SIZE ME, RATS).
